In order to improve the passenger's service, within the frames of the project for development new and already existing services, Tbilisi Transport Company offers mobile application for Android smartphones.

The mentioned application gives an opportunity to a customer via his/her own mobile phone use all the services offered by the Company, namely:

      • Stop name or ID

      • Travel by (metro, bus or both)
      • Trip option (Quick trip, Fewest transfers)

  • Realtime Bus arrival prediction
    • Select stop by:
      • Current location
      • Street name
      • Stop name or ID (you can Filter stops by route)
      • Point on map
    • View busses in realtime
      • Select route - select direction and view buses location in realtime
  • MAP (always Up-to-date)
    • View Tbilisi Metro lines and stations on Tbilisi map
    • View Tbilisi Bus route and stops on Tbilisi map
  • Timetables (available offline)
    • View timetables by route number and stop ID
      • Select nearby stops (with GPS location), stop by name, street name or ID
  • Favorites
    • Save frequently used stops in favorites to access them later quickly

The Company plans to continue access to its services by means of various software, increase their flexibility and to simplify the use of these services for the customers as much as possible.  The activities planned for this purpose in 2014 are as follow:

  • Creating transport application for IOS smartphones and tablets;
  • Creating mobile version of the website which will make more comfortable the use of services of the Transport Company from mobile phones.

The above mentioned project will give the possibility to a customer to plan his/her travelling easier and faster, as well as to receive comprehensive information about certain routes, buses and their timetables.
